2008: Fast-tracking over 1 million square feet of construction per year

ialr.jpgWith 92 years of experience and an emphasis on speed, Blair’s resume of work, from the Stewartsville Elementary school in Goodview, to the American Hebrew Academy, is impressive. Fred Blair proudly states, "The Hebrew Academy is nicer than most college campuses."

Blair's presentation portfolio includes public and private schools, churches, municipal buildings, medical facilities, as well as a multitude of industrial facilities. Blair projects span from Richmond, VA to Raleigh, NC and from Emporia, VA to Blacksburg, VA and all points in between.

COM.40 is a Polish furniture maker that has recently purchased the Universal Leaf property in Danville.  Operating in the USA as EBI, Inc., the furniture maker has engaged Dewberry and Blair to design and renovate the facility to meet their needs.   The work will include added roof insulation, new roofing, interior facelift, modernization of teh fire sprinkler system, more energy efficient lights, and some minor site improvements.  Blair is looking forward to building another international relationship in this global economy.
